Adita Yrizarry-Lang is a #1 best-selling author, speaker and holistic lifestyle coach. She’s a mother of 2 which is her greatest claim to fame! Adita is a big-hearted entrepreneur and thought leader. I am the owner and Founder of Virtual Synergy Consulting. Prior to starting my business in 2019, I worked as an Administrative Assistant for 2 years, earned a Bachelors in Psychology, and transitioned to working in the mental health space as a Vocational Coordinator (which is
really a fancy case manager), for 3 years.
I left my job in June of 2020 to focus on my business full-time. I now work for some amazing female entrepreneurs as their Operations Manager. My focus is on serving women in business that hold diversity, equitability, inclusion, and social impact as key components of their mission
and vision for their businesses.

I am a mama of one opinionated 6-year old boy named Riley and two fur pups. I run my business full time from the comfort of my home and love everything about Operations, Strategy, Team Building, and creating scalable business procedures with my clients!

Carenda Deonne

Carenda is a vibrant, pulsating and charismatic motivational speaker, minister, and marketing consultant. Carenda’s highly dynamic and charismatic personality has made her a highly recommended and sought after Change Agent in business and professional circles for Corporate CEO’s, small business owner, entrepreneurs and nonprofit and community leaders alike. Carenda is a native of Baltimore, MD. She received her BA degree in Business Marketing from the Fashion Insatiate of Technology in Manhattan, New York; and currently is a graduate student at Regent University pursuing a Masters in Law degree. In her pursuit that men and women were born to live life on the promise of IMPACT, Carenda Deonne LLC was founded.

Carenda believes that instead of making lemonade with the lemons life gives you, TAKE AIM. She empowers both men and women to throw those lemons right back at life. She does this by equipping and challenging others to change their thought process, take risks and deliver a new you! Carenda currently resides in Chesapeake, VA. She is an author of three books, contributing writer for Grace and Glory Magazine, and a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. Carenda is taking her message of “IMPACT” all across the world, determined to be an undeniable voice.

Rayna Neises, author of No Regrets:  Hope for Your Caregiving Season, Certified Coach, host of A Season of Caring Podcast, and Speaker who is passionate about supporting daughters and sons who are in a season of caring for aging parents.

Rayna lost both of her parents to Alzheimer’s Disease 20 years apart. After her season for caring for her dad through his journey, she founded A Season of Caring where she equips, encourages and supports those in this season so they don’t find themselves aimlessly wandering through this important season of life.

Rayna lives on a farm in southeast Kansas with her husband, Ron and a small pack of dogs. She is the baby of her family, but most would never guess. She is a former teacher, enjoys crafts of all kinds and spending time with her grandkids most of all.
